Imperial Stout is patterned after the highly fortified Russian Stouts that were exported from the U.K. to Russia in the 1800s.

ALCOHOL VOLUME: 8%

COLOUR: Black with dark burgundy edges.

AROMA: Chocolate, coffee.

TASTE: Full bodied, hints of liquorice, black currant and bitter chocolate.

FOOD PAIRING: Stilton,Blue cheese, dark chocolate, oysters, salmon.
