Fresh Off the Wire

In collaboration with Elora Brewing Co. & Hayhoe Hops. 

Hop harvest is our favourite time of the year. Our brewers took a trip down to Hayhoe Hop farm with our friends from Elora Brewing to grab some hops, fresh off the wire. We harvested some fresh Cascade and Vista hops and brewed up a West Coast style Pale Ale that is deep amber in colour notes of grapefruit and tangerine followed by a piney citrus bitterness on the finish. It’s a pale ale made with our friends to share with friends, cheers!
