3 weeks Notice Recall

Wellington Brewery has issued product a recall for all 473ml cans of 3 Weeks Notice Pomegranate Witbier with a Best Before date of November 18th, 2018.

 

During a routine quality control panel, the brewery identified that some cans have undergone secondary fermentation, causing higher levels of CO2 in the cans which has resulted in higher than normal internal pressure inside the cans. While the brewery has not had any cans burst from this higher than normal pressure, we are issuing a full product recall.

 

This product has yet to ship to LCBO stores but has been released at the brewery and to select licensee locations. We are asking that anyone with 473ml tall cans of 3 Weeks Notice Pomegranate Witbier to return these to the brewery for a full refund.

The brewery will be releasing a new batch of this beer in a few weeks and would like to apologize to everyone for the inconvenience. To arrange the replacement of these cans please contact brad@wellingtonbrewery.ca or call us at (800) 576-3853.
