Guelph.Beer Day! Saturday Nov 20th, 2021

Guelph Beer Day is back! This Saturday, November 20th we salute the partnership between Guelph’s five breweries; Wellington, Royal City, Brothers, Fixed Gear, and Sleeman.This day recognizes Guelph’s exceptional beer culture by furthering beer education, promoting collaboration, and building Guelph’s reputation as a world-class brewing centre and beer destination.   

This year we are celebrating Guelph Beer Day by hosting the Trans Canada Fry Way pop-up french fry and poutine stand. We will also be offering brewery tours guided by the one and only Santa Claus! And in keeping with the theme of community partnership, we will be welcoming Garden Xpress, a new family-owned Guelph business, that sells live holiday greenery including garland, wreaths, and planters. This pop-up garden market will also encourage green-thumbed beer enthusiasts to attend our upcoming Pints and Planters holiday workshop; a 2 hour session dedicated to arranging your own live holiday planter, while enjoying some delicious Wellington craft brews and appetizers.

Come on out and have your picture taken with Santa, grab some greens for your front porch, some poutine for your belly, and of course, don't forget the reason for Guelph.Beer day….the fresh, local craft beer!
