Free Local Home Delivery
- We offer free local delivery in Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and area on orders over $75. Any address in our local delivery zone qualifies.
- Delivery 7 days-a-week in our local delivery zone for orders placed before noon. Any order placed after 12pm will be delivered the following day.
- This is contactless delivery but be prepared to show proof of identity / age (from a distance) if requested.
- The delivery window will generally be between 1 - 7pm. You will get an email notification on the delivery day and our driver will send you a text message when they are heading towards your stop.
- Shipping rates are $10 flat on orders over $50 in Ontario.
- Deliveries only occur Monday through Friday. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days (and often sooner). Orders placed on Friday afternoon and on the weekend will not ship until Monday.
- Orders will be sent by a 3rd party courier who will be offering contactless delivery. Government-issued ID will be required for age verification.
- Please include your complete address at checkout. Including a buzzer number or any other delivery details. Our courier isn't able to contact you by phone to complete delivery or deliver to PO Boxes.
Brewery / Curbside Pickup
- Place your order online and select “Pick up” at checkout.
- Orders are typically ready within 1-2 hours when we are open. You will receive an email to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.
- Orders can be picked up from 11am-7pm 7 days a week.
- Please bring your order # proof of identification. Or pickup in-store on arrival if you would like curbside pickup.

Ontario Wide Shipping:
We offer flat rate $10.00 Ontario Wide Shipping on all orders $50 and over. We ship Monday to Friday using Canpar/ICS (our third party courier). Orders will not be delivered weekends or holidays. Most orders will be delivered within 1-4 business days. Please note that shipping companies are experiencing delays due to heavy volumes and we aim to get your beer to you as quickly as we can. Someone 19+ must be home to receive your delivery.

Once your order is ready to be delivered, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know your beer is on the way. One of our drivers will text you when they arrive at your location. Someone 19 years or older must be home to receive the delivery.
Curbside/ In-Store Pick up:
The Brewery is open 7 days a week from 11am-6pm for Curbside, In-Store Pick up or In-Store shopping. Place your order online and select “Pick up” at checkout. You will receive an email to confirm when your order is ready. There is no minimum order spend required. You are free to choose whether you would like to use Curbside or come into the store to pick up your order.
If you would prefer to use Curbside Pickup, call (519) 837-2337 x100 on arrival and have your Order Number and I.D. ready. Let us know where your car is located and we will bring your order to you. Please be patient with us as we bring you your order.
If you would prefer to Pick Up your order in-store, no problem! You are welcome to join us in the retail store and pick up your order there. Please have your order number ready.
Double check that you have selected the correct shipping method and have met all minimum order requirements. Try clearing your cache or refreshing your browser. If neither works, please contact us and we would be happy to walk you through check out.
If you have selected Ontario Wide Shipping at checkout reminder that we can not ship Cheese, Crowlers, or Cask-in-Box Ontario-Wide, please remove these items from your cart and proceed with your order.
When opting for Local Home Delivery and buying Cheese or Crowlers, be sure to purchase $75.00 or more to qualify for Free Local Home Delivery, otherwise you will be redirected to Ontario Wide shipping and Cheese, or Crowlers will not be accepted at checkout. Give us a call at the Brewery ext. 100 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org is you are having difficulties.
If you have selected Ontario Wide as your shipping option, you will receive an email with tracking number once your order is processed and can watch for delivery updates there. We use Canpar, ICS as our third party couriers and both offer tracking options. If you would like detailed alerts via email or text, press the “Alert Me” button on the tracking website. Please contact us at the Brewery if your tracking number is not showing updates or you are having any other issues with your order.
For Local Home Delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but we do send an email notification when our driver leaves the Brewery. Our drivers also text or call when they arrive at your location with your order.
When ordering Pick Up online, you will receive an email notification letting you know when your order is ready. Feel free to just show up as well. We would be happy to put your order together on the spot!
Sometimes shipments get separated during processing if you are using our Ontario Wide delivery option. Do not worry, your other box of beer will be arriving shortly. Double check that you have multiple tracking numbers and look for updates on each of the tracking numbers provided. If you have received all of your shipments, but part of your order is missing please contact us and we will resend you any items outstanding on your order.
If you selected Local Home Delivery all of your order will arrive at the same time. Sometimes mistakes happen, if part of your order is missing, please contact us at 519-837-2337 ext: 100 or email us at email@example.com and we will resend you any outstanding items.
Please remember to add unit number AND a buzzer code if you live in an apartment building. Your shipment will not be delivered if your order is being shipped Ontario Wid
If choosing Local Home Delivery, please meet our drivers in the lobby of your apartment building or condo. Sorry, we can not deliver to PO Boxes.
We use a third party courier for Ontario Wide Shipping. Unfortunately, due to a large volume of deliveries, specific dates and times can not be requested. Nor can the driver communicate with you via phone or email.
For Local Home Delivery, you can certainly request a specific delivery date. Just add a date in the notes section at checkout. We will try our best to accommodate time requests, but can not guarantee it. Our drivers are delivering between 1-7pm daily.
If choosing Pick Up at check out, you can select both a pick up time and date as long as we are open. A reminder our operating hours are 11am-6pm daily.
Some 19 years or older MUST be home to receive your shipment, regardless of which delivery method you choose. If you have selected Ontario Wide Shipping, there will be 2 delivery attempts, and a door knocker will be placed on your door that includes the address of the closest local depot where you can pick up your order.
For Local Home Delivery we will also make 2 delivery attempts. If you are not home for the second delivery attempt, you will have to pick up your order from the Brewery. A reminder that we can not leave any beer orders on front or back porches, in driveways, garages or backyards. It is against the law.
If your order is under $75.00, a $10.00 delivery charge will be added to your checkout total. Please note that if you are under the $75.00 mark, you will be re-routed to the Ontario Wide Shipping option at check out. If you are purchasing Crowlers or Cheese and have been re-routed to Ontario-Wide Shipping please remove those items from your cart and contact us. If you are in our local delivery area, your order will still be delivered to your door by our very own Welly drivers.
If you would like to send someone a gift, please be sure to have their correct shipping information entered online. The shipping address will be different then the billing address. Also include the recipient's contact information (both email and phone number), so they can be sure to be home to accept the delivery. Please indicate you are sending a gift in the notes section available at checkout. We are happy to include a message to go along with your order!
