Mama'Mosa Hop Water & Pinwheel Cocktail

The Mama'Mosa; Mother of all Mimosas, is a cocktail that is made with Cascade or Chinook Sparkling Hop Water, Pinwheel Pineapple Gose, and a host of unique ingredients.  Try this one out on National Mimosa Day, or for any weekend brunch date!  

METHOD: Shake, strain, top

In the Shaker:

-½ oz blood orange juice

-½ oz Triple Sec

-dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients above to shaker
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Strain into glass
  4. Add 5ml  homemade grenadine**
  5. Top with 2oz Welly Pinwheel Pineapple Gose
  6. Top with 1½oz Cascade Hop Water
  7. Garnish with edible flowers 

**Homemade Grenadine

-150ml pomegranate juice

-300ml sugar 

-juice of 1/2 a lemon

Bring pomegranate juice to boil, add sugar and stir until dissolved, add lemon juice and reduce heat. Allow to simmer for 5 min and then remove from heat.
